About Me

I’d been given this book over 25 years ago, said ‘Thank You’ and put it on my book shelf.

Step forward 12 years and as circumstances were changing I just happened to pick the book up, although I don’t believe in coincidences!

I started to read and couldn’t put it down. It was as though Susan was talking to me. Working in the corporate world I was on the treadmill which I thought was the only option.  I began to challenge my thoughts, you know – that Chatterbox which had kept me on the edge, reminding me that I wasn’t good enough.

I felt as though a whole new world was waiting for me. Even though I had no idea what it held I quit my hard fought career and at the age of 44 went travelling.

Being alone, calling on my inner power inspired forward, I was sickly positive! I couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful life was and how the book had changed my life. I knew I had to do something with it!

I contacted Susan and the rest is history. That was over a decade ago, I set up my business Steps Forward and haven’t looked back.

I have regularly quoted:
“This book is like my bible, I refer to it whenever I feel in need of support or clarity. My mission is to continue Susan’s vision, to share the tools and strategies with as many people as possible, encouraging everyone to pay forward what they have learnt.”

About My Work 

Having been a licensed Trainer for over a decade now I have fine-tuned the one day workshop to bring you a truly unique experience. No two workshops are the same.

I run the workshops on a public basis but can also deliver them anywhere in the country, to groups of friends or societies that would rather have a closed workshop.

I also incorporate Susan’s tools and strategies into my work as a Coach and a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

I am qualified to train the following areas

  • Individual one to one sessions
  • Educational Establishments
  • Workshops usually between 6-12 delegates
  • Seminars over 12 delegates
  • Education i.e. High School/College/University
  • Coaching/Mentoring 121 sessions Skype/face-to-face
  • FTF Mastermind Groups 1-5
