Shirley Riga is a spiritual coach and teacher. She is a Certified Psycho-synthesis Practitioner, an author and a motivational speaker.
She created OUR CARE Support Group for parents and caregivers of chronically-ill and special needs children.
As a single parent raising two daughters, she was a court reporter for 25 years.
Riga is licensed to offer Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway Workshops in the Boston area.
Her book, Tools for the Exceptional Parent of a Chronically-Ill Child (Strong Voices Publishing, 2016), helps caregivers in the process of finding empowerment beyond fear and adversity. A candidate for certification as a Spiritual Guide through the Rowe Center, Riga continues to run support groups for caregivers.
